hyperlinks in Outlook Express

Just wondering if there is a way to set Outlook Express
to open hyperlinks. They appear active, but when I click
on them, nothing happens. I use IE for internet access.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also, whenever I click on the "Outlook Express Newsgroup
link" it brings me back here...so I would really
appreciate it if someone would answer my question....Can
I set Outlook Express to accept hyperlinks? Whenever I
click on a link in an email, it appears active, but then
nothing happens. Thanks for your help.
