I accidently added a constraint is there any way to remove it?

Sure, select the task and go to Project/Task Information/Advanced tab.
Change the Constraint type to be "As soon as possible". Or you could
display the Constraint Type field in the view and change it there from
the drop down list.

Double click the task in question and then select the Advanced tab in the
Task Information dialog. Set the Constraint Type field to As Soon As
Possible and then click the OK button. This will resolve your problem.
