I am locked out of Microsoft Office 2007 how can I open?

I'm locked out of Microsoft Office 2007, it's already downloaded and I get
the message locked out of modification how do I get in?

Hi,

Assuming that you have got the valid serial key of the product and its
reached to the maximum number of activation then you can give a call to
Microsoft for activating your product.
