The second link above has the ability to create
an 'on the fly graphic' that you can then right click
on, save to your hard disk as a graphic and use
Insert=>Picture or copy and paste into a Word document
or Powerpoint slide for example.
If you have MS Office Visio it has, if I recall correctly,
a thermometer 'smart autoshape' that can be used.
