I can not see tasks for a published project

I created a project with MS Project Pro and published to
the Project Server. The project contains a set of tasks.
When I tried to view the project with Project Web Access,
it only shows the project summary (name, duration,
start,...). I clicked the link and wanted to see the
tasks, the message says:
"There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project
plan or there is no information in the project plan to
display.
"
But the project is actually published. What happened?
Thank you.

I realize that on the title bar at the top of the Microsoft Project window,
the file extension ".Published" is added to the file name when you save the
file in the Project Server database. This makes it appear that you have
published the project, however, this does NOT mean that the project has been
published for viewing by your Executives and Team Members. To actually
publish the project, you need to click Collaborate - Publish - All
Information. Have you done this? Let me know.

I had a similar problem.
What I found is that my server did not have the latest service patches for
Win2k and Sql2k (which included the latest MDAC).

I upgraded those, and deleted the hold over files in ViewDrop directory.

I restarted the server, and then re-published the projects.
This then allowed the Notification Service to run and populate all the
sub-views (which the Project View is)

I did publish the project by clicking Collaborate -
Publish - All Information. Now I am updating the Win2k and
sqk2k service patches and see if it works.
Thank you.

I published the project by clicking click Collaborate -
Publish - All Information. I can see the new assignments
in "View My Tasks". But I can not see assignments in
Project Center. The Project center only shows the project
summary (name, duration, start,...). I clicked the link
and drilled down, the the message says:
"There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project
plan or there is no information in the project plan to
display."
Thank you.
