I can recieve email reply but not send

Outlook 2003 I can recieve email, reply to email, the problem is that when i
generate a new email i can see it go into my outbox outbox then it is stored
in sent items, the email never arrives at the destination however I can send
a email via blackberry and the recipient will get it. No problems with the
server or anything out IT folks can find. HELP

If the message moves from Outbox to Sent Items, then Outlook has sent the
message; it has been passed to the next step in the routing process. If you
scan your mail with an antivirus program, that will be the next step. If this
is the case, uninstall the AV program and reinstall it without the mail
scanning feature so that Outlook talks directly to the mail server. If you
don't scan your mail, then the outgoing server is where the problem lies, not
with Outlook, and you'll have to contact the mail server's administrators and
ask them why their server is failing to route the mail properly.

Tried all that AV is off, confused as to why the blackberry will send but not

I doubt a virus is involved. Enable diagnostic logging and see that the log
contains.
