Until last week, I was sending and receiving email from both my email accounts on Entourage. then, I was unable to send/receive from my christinemorton.com account (the stanford account continued to work). Today, I can send but not receive email from christinemorton.com
I called the tech support for the ISP, all is well on that end, we verified that my account settings are all correct.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or
if it's your User's folder that contains the problem. Go to System
Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the New User by
logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Launch Entourage and enter the
problem account. Set to leave on server (under the Options tab in the
account window). Does this work? If yes, then you know the setting are
correct and it's a problem in your User's account.

Open the Keychain and find your account. Delete it.
Open Entourage and delete the account...not just erase info
Set up a new Account

Basics:

1. If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
2. If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration

You can try re-entering info.
You can delete account and create a new one.
Using copy/paste can result in an extra space being added. Type carefully.
Check your Keychain for corruption.

When I was first reading your problem, I thought it was most likely a change
in security settings for that account. Many ISPs have upgraded their servers
requiring different port settings. If the account does not work in the new
User, then call your ISP back and run through the setting again. Especially
the ones for advanced receiving and sending.

Let me know what you find out from the testing.
