I cannot download Microsoft Office Word Feature not available

I cannot download Microsoft Office. When I try to open a file it ask if want
to download office word feature. When I try to download it says not
available. When I try to take Microsoft Office off and download it back it
will not let me. It states an error. I cannot open any files that are sent to
me that uses word.

Try doing Add/Remove features and try to update Microsoft Office installation.
