I cannot get Help for Word On-line

Whenever I access Help for Microsoft Word and it goes on-line to answer the
query the screen is taken over by a bogus menu in blue that also appears
when I go to Internet Explorer. This appears to be some virus that puts up
a screen that is headed by "search the web" and a list of web-sites
organized by subject.

Ooops. Check out your machine with virus detection software, and also
use something like ad-aware to check for adware.
