I cannot Load Microsoft Office Small Business Edition

[Dismayed over Microsoft]

My Computer crashed and after I restored it, I cannot load this software. I
am not sure what Microsoft "fixes" I need, what do you suggest I do? all
help is greatly appreciated.

What happens when you try to install it? Do you encounter an error
message? If so what is it?
