I cannot view sent messages

I followed the steps on the help page. My box is checked to view messages. I
still cannot see the messages I sent. I can see them if I do a search on the
sent page (the ones that come up on the search, not any others.)

Where are you looking to see the sent messages? In what folder does the
search say they reside? What version of Outlook are you using?

Outlook 2003. I go to Sent Items and the screen is blank. If I do a search,
Items that match that search will appear.

Where does the search say the messages reside? Sounds like you need to
reset the view in the Sent Items folder.
