Obviously my email dialogue box, TO: is not accessiong my contacts, don't
know why? I overlaid outlook xp pro over outlook 2000 help

Upgrade installations will corrupt your settings. Your Outlook Address Book
Service (among other things) is corrupt. Always create a new profile if you
do an in place upgrade.
