I cant delete messages from my inbox, i can only cross them out.

I am having trouble deleting messages from my inbox. When I try to selete
them it just crosses them out and will not remove them from the inbox. Does
anyone have any idea how to change this??

What happens after you hit Send \Receive when it is crossed out. Does it delete?

I am presuming this is an IMAP account in Outlook, correct? Try File->Purge
Deleted ITems.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
