I can't send emails in Outlook 03 but can in Express

I have set up my email in Outlook 03. It worked just fine Outlook Express set
up the exact same way. I can receive emails but not send them. The weird part
is I did get several email to go through at first, but now nothing. Any
suggesstions?

Make sure you are properly authenticating to your outgoing server.
