I can't send message out

i have a NT server. I can send my message to other
computers in my network as well as receive emails from
internet emails; but cannot receive emails from outside
(internet mails like yahoo, hotmail).. What went wrong?
Anybody here can help me out please. thank you.

What happens when you try? What version of Outlook are you using?
