I entered my Product Key to register Powerpoint and it wont accept

Make very sure that you are typing the key correctly. There a number of
characters that can be misread such as 1 and I (ai). Have someone else try to
enter it. I know that sometimes once I've misread something I seem to keep
misreading it. Otherwise contact Microsoft for help:

Contact Microsoft - Support, Sales, Replacement CDs etc.
