I had to install a new profile on my computer -- then problems

After I installed the new profile on my computer Office will not load
properly. I have legal copies and I can get updates easily and the Office is
verified by Microsoft vaildation tool. Seems like it does not think that the
new profile should be able to open office correctely. what can i do?
