I have an email problem with Microsoft Outlook 2003

I installed Microsoft Outlook 2003. Now my friend sends me emails, and I do
not receive them. I have checked their computer, and nothing has changed. I
use to receive them with Express. He is not receiving the emails back as
undeliverable. I have also checked Road runner web mail and they are not
there. I also checked web 2 mail and they are not there. I also had him
send to a yahoo email account I have, and they are not there. Could there be
a setting I need to change to receive the emails. Is there somewhere I can
look for the emails, for example, can I look at what is on my server and just
sitting there? If so, how do I look at my server online? I have not blocked
his email, or have a message rule. He has no blocks or rules either. I have
access to his computer right now, and I am on my laptop. I sent myself email
from his computer, and do not have it anywhere here on laptop. I also cannot
see them from my desktop machine at home. Which means it isn't a spyware
problem blocked. Have different programs on each for this problem. Thanks
