i have no use of any wizards in access,i do have jet4.0sp8 instal.

i have jet 4.0 sp8 installed, but i can't use any wizards in access, I can't
use query, report any of these wizards. in excel my graph wizard works
though. what do i do? i've even uninstalled the whole program and
reinstalled in back in but still the same outcome.
