I have Publisher but templates will not download, help!

When I attempt to download templates from Office Online, I get a message that
says it cannot find Publisher and offers a trial version.

Which template? Give me as much info as you can, not just "a newsletter".
And which version of Publisher do you have?

And forgive me for asking this but... are you sure you have Publisher and
not Home Publishing? These are two distinctly different programs with names
that are unfortunately similar.
