I just re-installed MSO2003 now all programs are locked

After re-installation I notice that any of the programs for MSO2003 are
working, it can read but once I open a new document in any program they seems
locked.. I've been uninstalling and installing back again the same errors..
any help?

I did twice same process the only change I did before was a Applications
recovery and replacing a CD/DVD drive but it was working before..

So what happens if, in Word, you select Help>Activate
