I need to find a file that I saved in MS Office but can't find an.

I saved a word document and attempted to print it at the same time. The print
version did not come out and I can't find the document.

If you really did save the document, then it should be in the Most Recently
Used file list under the File menu. Open the document from there, and save
it to a folder where you can find it.
