I need your help!

I can not edit or do anything to any of the files created
in any of the Microsoft Office. It keeps on telling me
that "This modification is not allowed becuase the
document is locked. The help that they provide you with
will not work, because we can not access anything. If you
can explain to me how to fix this problem, please email
me.

papework that was included with the package you bought, or see the Help
menu.
