I own a Dell A960 printer - Will not print in color new cartridge

I own a Dell A960 printer. I am having trouble understanding how to get it
to print a document in color. It does not give me an option. What happens
when I select the color button it goes straight to copy mode and expects a
copy to be made instead. Please advise what I may be doing wrong. Thank you.

I'm afraid this newsgroup is all about the Microsoft Project software and
