I retrieved the folder back but not documents How do I find them?

I was highlighting a folder and didn't want that one and still had my finger
on the hold on the mouse and it dragged it then it disappeared. Nothing said
I was deleting the folder or anything. When I released my finger the folder
just wasn't there. I did system restore and it brought the folder back but
none of the documents. They have to be here some where they aren't in the
recycle bin. Anyone have any ideas where they might be.

Bad move that System Restore. It doesn't restore DATA or DOCUMENTS. Can
you System Restore to the point were you did that first one? Hopefully
the directory that "reappeared" will be "relocated" back to where you
drag and dropped it and then you may reaccess it and drag it back with
the files it contains.
