I think I may need to use a macro?

Good day,

I am looking to take info from one excel sheet and copy it into anothe
if column I does not have the word "electronically" or "hard copy" i
it. I would also need to copy the persons name, and number which is no
always in the same spot.

I need a formula that will check column I for the words electronicall
or hard copy and if nothing is in there add the information from tha
row into another sheet, including the name, number and shop of tha
employee.

So do I need a macro, or can this be done easily? Would it be possibl
to make this expand as more info is added?

I appologize for not being able to upload a copy of the workbook, but
would be happy to answer any questions that could help me figure thi
confusion.
