I updated Office XP with Service Packs 2 & 3 last wknd, and am n.

I downloaded Serivce Packs 2 & 3 for XP last weekend, and now I am having
problems! Outlook is not syncing, and I cannot customize a Powerpoint
template that I downloaded. All choices on the template are grayed out.
Also, every time I access one of the Microsoft Office applications, I am
being prompted to convert from a trial version of Office.

HELP!!

Do you actually have an activated copy of Office?
