I need to take screen grabs of computer screen (I use ctrl alt prnt scrn).
Then paste the 'image' into a word document. At the moment I am resizing
every image.
Is there somewhere I can set a default so that the image is always the size
I want it to be ?
thanks in advance for any help.

Alt + Printscreen will only grab the active Window, if you presize it
that may be what you need. (The CTRL is unnecessary) Otherwise some
third party screen capture software like Snag-it, Snap-shot or the like
can be used.

I highly recommend Snagit. It is the BEST screen capture software I've ever
used. Seldom do I recommend software that isn't free but this one is well
worth the money. It has saved me so much time taking screen shots! It will
include your mouse pointer, you can select only the portion of the screen
you want to capture (I love grabbing the perfect screen capture every time)
you can set a time delay, the image editor is super easy to use (I use the
image editor for other images as well), and there are a lot of other
options. They have a 30 trial and if you chose to purchase it's worth the
money. Here's a link:
