I want to insert HTML fragments.

I have access to MS PowerPoint 2000.

I am creating a web page, and I want to insert HTML pieces wherever I choose.

In the past, I have used MS Publisher and clicked "insert HTML", but at the
moment, I don't have access to either Publisher or FrontPage.

I have tried using the MicroSoft Script Editor (in PowerPoint), but I have
no idea where to insert the HTML; and I can't seem to manipulate it
graphically.

Please help!

Hi,

It would be impossible to suggest where html should go without knowing what
you are trying to achieve and how. If you are trying to modify PowerPoint
html, you will need an extreme level of knowledge or it will fall in a heap.
However, if you are tying to insert web content into PowerPoint, there are
easier options:

Hi Glen,

Thanks for the help.

I'm trying to add RSS feeds to my web site. Also, I want to be able to add
opinion polls (remotely hosted) and PayPal buttons.

I'm under the impression that all of these require my ability to insert HTML
code in my web page.

Is there somewhere I can put these HTML fragments?

Hi,

That all makes sense. There is no graphical content to Script Editor, unless
you are sourcing it from a program to do its editing. But even then, the
program will not like any modifications you do and may even make it crash.
If you need a graphical editor, and don't have Front Page or Publisher, you
are pretty well sunk. You may be able to pick up copy somewhere.
