I want Word to open automatically with a different Blank Page wit.

I want to open word and have the specific margin setting the same every time
I open. I have tried to modify the templates or create one but I can not get
it to default to open when i open Word. How can I set a new template if
necessary to be the Default template that opens every time I open Word.
