identification of attachments in email header

When printing email, my Outlook 2002 doesn't identify the attachments with a message in the header. How can I find a default setting or other means of making these print?

Outlook does not consistently print the attachment list for HTML messages.
Other format messages should be OK. According to Microsoft, this can be
fixed for OUtlook 2000 by applying one of the updates discussed at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=271562. I haven't had a chance to try
these myself.

Anotehr solution is the Print on Demand utility from
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/jcPrintOnDemand.asp, which adds two new
buttons to print the message with the attachment names appended and to print
just the attachments.
