Identify Outlook File to Burn CD

Any Help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to burn a CD-Rom to back up my Outlook '97.
However the problem is I can't identify the file to do
this when I scan through all of my files. All I can find
is Outlook Express which I don't use. What would the file
name be specificly?

try looking for a file *.PST
its location depends on the OS
