Hi,
I've got email hosting. A month ago they transfer my email box onto new
server, where I have trouble. The only place where can I create
subfolder is INBOX, so sent, junk... I have to store in subfolder of
INBOX. I claimed that this is not very handy so they advised me to set
"Imap server directory: INBOX". Which works fine in Thunderbird (so the
folders as sent, draft are now at the same level as inbox, not as it's
subfolders), however, if I set in Entourage "Root folder: INBOX" it
doesn't work (sent, junk... are still subfolders of inbox) . I'm not
entirely sure that the "Root folder" in Entourage means the same as "
Imap server directory" but I guess so. Their answer now was that they do
not have any experiences with this email client. Any ideas how to get
sent, junk folder on same level as inbox are highly appreciated. TX
