import contact catagories

Greetings,
I had an old machine that was running Outlook 2000 (might have
been outlook 98). I got a brand new machine that is running
Outlook 2003. I was able to import the pst file which brought
over all the goodies. Unfortunately, it didn't bring over the
contact catagories I had created.

How do I bring the over to the new Outlook 2003 ?
