import/export .pst files from Outlook to Outlook Express

All,
Is it possible to transfer my email messages and contacts
from my old laptop (Outlook) to my new laptop (Outlook
Express)? If so, please advise and thanks for the help.

Export the data from Outlook to Outlook Express on your old machine,
then move the files to your new machine and import them into OE there.
