Import Word Doc into Publisher 2003

After importing a Word doc into Publisher, and changing
the "Document Title" text box to something of my
choosing, how do I get the changed text to automatically
repeat in each subsequent page header, without having to
go in and manually change each page of the doc? Any
helpful ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
