Important Features Previously there no longer appear

For some reason, underline, bold, bulleting feaures no longer display on tool bar. How can we restore them?

All kinds of problems can cause a loss of toolbar or toolbar icons. Try
this first step to see if it works:

1. Right-click in the toolbar area, select "Customize".
2. Click the "Toolbars" TAB, select the "formatting" toolbar
3. Click the "Reset" button.

Holler back if that doesn't work. I'm sure others will pop in with more
possibilities.
