importing charts to PowerPoint

i have a chart i wish to import. I can do this best by imnerting an object
etc, but i also want to be able to automatically name the title box using a
cell reference from the excel data, i.e. if i have a country name in cell C7
i want this information to automatically populate the title box on the slide?
