Importing contacts

What file in the outlook folder is your contacts. I want
to move my contacts to another computer but not the mail
or any of that.

There is no separate file. All Outlook data is stored in the file.
If you want to move only your Contacts, create a separate Outlook data file
(PST file) and copy your Contacts into that file. Then copy that file and
open it in your other installation.
Do not export or import unless you want to lose data.
