Importing Email Addresses From Microsoft Word

I'm running office pro 2k3. I have 400 email addresses
saved in a word document. how can I import the addresses
into Outlook. My goal is to create a distribution list.

You cannot import directly into a DL.
You can import into your Contacts Folder, but you must have at least a name
associated with each address for Outlook to create a Contact record.
