importing from access

I am trying to import a query in access to word, but am having problems with formatting. I am trying to import part of a query in access to word, and the data is formatted for currency in access, but i get the raw data in word rather than the formatted version

Thanks for any help.

Try Tools|Options|General Tab (I think--I'm working from memory). Check Confirm Conversion at Open. The DDE option should maitain your Access formatting
