Importing into Outlook Contacts

I am trying to import contacts from either Excel, Access,
or a csv file into Outlook97. When I go through the
wizard, I get to the point where you select the file to be
imported. However, I cannot select a file, the next
button out and the map custom fields button are grayed out
and the only option is back or cancel.

Any help would be appreciated.
