Improved(?) Mail Merge in 2002 vs. 2000

I am very frustrated with the new improved - and
according to microsoft, easier to use mail merge. I find
it more difficult to use - it is harder to insert
fields. After inserting a field, you have to click on
close before going to the next field.

You might want to look at the Word 2002 section of my
website's mail merge FAQ. Besides a list of the older
commands that you can pull back out of limbo and put on the
toolbar, there's also a macro you can use to get a list of
fields the way it should have been done: so that you can
work in the document and the dialog box at the same time.
