What version?
Create a text box on page two. With your cursor in the text box, insert, page
number. You can type the word "page" first. Copy the text box, paste on each
page. This will not start your page numbers at "page one", you have no option
but to start the numbering on whatever page you begin. Otherwise it is a manual
operation.
