What makes you think it's full?

People are sending emails and they get a message that my inbox is full, and I
never receive their email.

That's the inbox on your mail host's server, not your local inbox. Have you
set Outlook to keep a copy on the server? If so then you need to amend the
setting to allow the mail server to delete some periodically.

Hi Gordon,

First of all, Thanks for your help!

How do I get to the settings that deal with keeping a copy on the server?

Also if it's the server that's full how come other computers on the server
don't experience this problem?

Depends on the version of Outlook, which you decided not to mention.

Every person has his or her own mailbox. Each is independent. Apparently
they clean their old messages off and you don't, so yours is full and theirs
aren't.

They are defined in the account you created in Outlook. Look in the
account's advanced settings.

Because those other computers are accessing different mailboxes on the
mail host. Your mailbox is full. Theirs isn't.
