Include Pages

I am starting to design a new site and am trying to figure
out the navigation structure and had a thought that I
could use include pages, but what I want I don't know how
to do or if you can even do it Is there any way I can
get a link from say the top nav bar (an include page) to
open just a new include page where the old include page
used to be but not have to open a whole new page.

Include paged are not dynamic
You will need to use Frames or IFrames

Include pages are not dynamic and the content is static once included in a
page.

Use an IFrame instead.
