Including attachments in reply

Hi there
Am trying to figure out how to set my Outlook mail so that
when I reply to a message, it includes the original
attachments as well (instead of just text of the file
name).

Also, how can I set Outlook so that when I include several
attachments, the window divides and places the attachments
in a seperate frame at the bottom of the message (rather
than in the message body).

Hope this made sense!

Thanks in advance!

1. Why would you want to send BACK the original attachment that the sender
sent you? Isn't that a little bit redundant? Don't you think that the
original sender still has the file?

2. Outlook Rich Text Format will place the attachments in the body of the
message where you want. Using Plain Text or HTML will place the attachments
in a separate window or in a separate line in the message header, depending
on your version of Outlook, which you left out.

I'm actually trying to find this out for a workmate, so I
really don't know why he needs it. Something to do with
archival processes. Regardless of the redundancy, is it
possible? And if so, how?

Excellent, thank you!
