incorrect email version set up in excel, word, etc

when I hit the email icon in word & excel the email area is different and it
does not point to the correct address book. Any suggestions?

I finally figured it out by reading some of the previous discussion questions.
go to Internet explorer => internet options=>program tab=> change from
express to outlook. Restart and it took care of the issue.
