Incorrect Outlook Email time

H

Huff

When I send an email the correct time for example is
8:00AM but when the person the email is sent to opens the
email the time sent reflects 5:00AM

The same thing happens when I receive emails. The
received time on my computer when I open the email
reflects 5:00AM when it was actually sent to me at 8:00AM.

The time on my compter desktop is correct - its just the
time on the actual emails themselves thats wrong. No
where in Help is this problem addressed.

Can someone advise how to correct this problem. Thank you

You need to check and see what time zone your computer is
set for, email uses gmt + or - depending on the timezone.

Are you located on the West Coast as you have your time offset set at GMT-8
indicating you are on PST
