Increasing size

Currently when I get a folder from My Documents it opens as a Window about
one eights of the size of my monitor screen. How can I make it permanently
to appear every time as large as my monitor screen, because some of the
folders contain so many files that currently I must each time drag the sides
of the Window to enlarge it, so that I can see all the files.

Secondly, is there a way to arrange the files to be always shown as titles?

Currently I must make the change every time.

All those settings are part of your Operating system. Open a folder and
select tools Folder Options and make your changes. Further Operating
system questions should be directed to the group for your operating
system rather than the Office applications group.

A quick way to enlarge a window to full-screen is to double-click
the title bar of the window.
